OSU Extension's New $tart for Financial Success is a program for bankruptcy filers, as well as the general public. For debtors who have already filed bankruptcy and have a case number, New Start meets the requirement for pre-discharge financial education. The 2-hour course is offered in numerous Ohio locations and taught by OSU Extension Family & Consumer Sciences professionals.
